  1. Semiconductor Materials:

    • Silicon Carbide (SiC): Another wide-bandgap semiconductor with applications in power electronics, high-temperature devices, and RF components due to its high thermal conductivity and resistance to high temperatures.
  2. Dielectric Materials:

    • Silicon Dioxide (SiO2): Commonly used as a gate dielectric in silicon-based transistors and as an insulating layer in ICs.
    • Silicon Nitride (Si3N4): Used for passivation and insulation layers in semiconductor devices.
  3. Conductive Materials:
